Batch downloads

How to batch download YouTube playlists on iPhone and iPad in 2026

A playlist download starts with the list itself, rather than one video inside it. It can help back up your own series or authorized course clips without copying each video link separately.

01Steps

Paste the playlist link in Batch

Copy the YouTube playlist’s share link. Open Extract in ClipDock, switch to Batch, and tap Paste. Confirm that it is a playlist URL, rather than a single-video address.

02Steps

Load the list and wait for results

Tap Load list and wait for Loading list to finish. This only retrieves selectable resources; it does not start downloading. You still need to select items and tap Add to queue.

03Steps

Select videos and add them to the queue

Check the videos and use All, Video, or Image to filter by type. Adjust the checkmarks or use Select loaded. Set Batch quality; the screenshot follows download settings. Tap Add to queue when ready. The example has 24 selected items, but the actual count depends on what loads.

04Steps

Check queue status and download progress

Open Manager and inspect Active. Queued means waiting; a running download shows progress, speed, and time remaining. Done holds completed tasks and Failed holds failures. Active 24 in the screenshot means 24 tasks are still being processed, not that all have finished.

Troubleshooting

The extracted count differs from the playlist count

Check for inaccessible videos and confirm the playlist URL. A source’s displayed count is not necessarily the number currently downloadable. Avoid repeatedly submitting the whole list without checking.

Frequently asked questions

Is a playlist download identical to a channel download?

Both are batch workflows, but the source page and range of included posts differ. Inspect the actual results for the URL you use.

Will completed batch downloads automatically appear in Photos?

Check the app’s actual save location first. Downloading to the library and exporting to Photos are separate steps.

Supported platforms

Batch sources include supported YouTube channels, Shorts, hashtags, and playlists; Instagram profiles and hashtags; X and TikTok profiles; and supported profiles or collections on Douyin, Bilibili, Weibo, and other platforms. Check the resources actually returned for your link.

Try it on your device
